Orgasms in Sex Life

ORGASMS AND SEX

Most young women today believe there is something wrong with them if they cannot have an orgasm when in reality it is absolutely normal for a woman to experience difficulty in achieving orgasm. The importance of the female orgasm has, until recently been seriously overlooked because women don't need to climax for conception to take place.

Today, there is more awareness and attention paid to women's orgasms. Research shows that vitrually any woman can have an orgasm and possible to have even more than one orgasms if the circumstances are right. This would include having a caring partner who is knowledgeable about sex and who helps her relax and to reach orgasm. Very young women are often worried about their lack of ability to climax. But unlike men, most women have to learn to achieve orgasm.

Anorgasmia is the failure to achieve orgasm during sexual intercourse. About 15 percent of women report difficulties with orgasm, and as many as 10 percent of women in USA have never had an orgasm or climax. Even women who orgasm regularly, only climax about 50 percent to 70 percent of the time. There are three different types of anorgasmia.

Secondary anorgasmia - used to have orgasms, but now experice difficultu to achieve climax
Situational anorgasmia. - able to orgasm during certain situations, such as oral sex or masturbation. In fact about 70 percent of women experience orgasm only from stimulation of the clitoris, not during sexual intercourse.

Follow these simple tips to trigger orgasm or be orgasmic during sex. - breathe deeply or pant to get oxygen to your muscles, arch your back or try a different sexual intercourse positions to maximise clitoral simulation, rhymatically squeeze your pelvic floor muscles.

Research shows that younger women manage to climax only much later after their first sexual encounter. Also when woman do finally climax, the first orgasm may not be necessarily be achieved through sexual intercourse. A British survey shows that a woman's first orgasm is achieved through masturbation -47%, sexual intercourse -32%, petting-20% and while sleeping-1%. The same survey shows that most common age of first orgasm was 18, but that it could be as late as 40's.

Orgasms in sex help women to stay youthful and protects them from heart disease too. Having at least two orgasms a week can increase life span. Everytime a woman reaches orgasm, the hormone DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) increases in response to sexual excitement and ejaculation.
